Did applying Credit Note change after last NetSuite update?
Hi,
We created one Payment item to handle credit note on cash sales and was able to apply this cash sales to credit note and after NetSuite 2022.2 Upgrade it stopped showing this line in apply list when we want to apply credit note, please see the below image
this is the payment item that we created
and this is the cash sales and how we were using the payment item
After Save the Cash sales we were able to see cash sale in the apply list and then we select to apply credit note to this cash sale
Please Advise as we used to do it in this way and we don't want to change it.
