How to allow cross-subsidiary viewing for employee records?

Hi,

We have several subsidiaries and users that only have access to the transactions etc. in some subsidiaries per their role.

These employees that have access to Sub1-Sub3 would need access to view and select employees in dropdowns from all Subsidiaries. But they should not have access to all data in all subsidiaries, only employee records.

Is this possible?
