Show Budget Monthly Figures in a Saved Search

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:28PM in Ask A Guru 7 comments

We have budgets set up against our Accounts with monthly figures set:

I can create a 'Budget' saved search and return the amount for the year for each account, but I need to return the monthly amounts.

Budget doesn't appear in the Records Browser. It's in the Schema Browser (although I don't really know what this is used for) - this mentions fields such as 'periodAmount1' - but when I try and add these as a Formula Currency field the Search errors. The Connect Browser mentions a 'budget_date' field, but this just shows as 'Field not Found'.

Is there any way that I can access the monthly Budget figures in a saved search? In actual fact I need them in a script, so if there is a different way to access them via SuiteScript (other than scripting a saved search) then that would be useful.

Howdy, Stranger!
