Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

How to get Item Supply Plan to include Purchase Orders that are a little late?
Scenario:
We are using Time Phased replinishment with Forecast Consumption Demand Source from a manual demand plan, with 90 backwards and 90 forwards consumption days.
The manual Demand Plan for an item has deman qty 500 for November and 500 for December. Safety Stock is set to 100. No Open Sales Orders, No Open Purchase Orders. Generating the Item Supply plan from 10/25/22 through 4/1/23 will suggest PO's of 1100 units. Perfect (500+500+100)
Enter a Sales Order with a Supply Required by Date of 12/8/22. Regenerate Supply Plan, still suggests 1100. Perfect, the sales order demand is consumed by the forecast.
Enter a Purchase Order for 400 with receipt date of 12/01/22. Regenerate Supply Plan, now suggests 700. Perfect. 400 on order plus another 700 = 1100
