How to create Bin records?

We are new to Netsuite just starting to get it setup and configured.

  1. According the doc, to create bin records, Go to Lists > Accounting > Bins > New. However, Bins is not listed as a menu item. I went through all the steps for enabling and configuring, but that menu item is missing.
