How to create a Saved Search to identify test transactions for removal?

Hi Gurus!

In Production, I need to build a saved search that would capture all potentially left over test transactions. I understand that this would be a "transaction" type search. However, what criteria, do you think, I should use to make this search comprehensive?

The only other option I have is to list all types of transactions in the criteria, correct?
