How can I upload all text files as UTF-8 instead of Shift-JIS?
When manually uploading text files (CSV, TXT) to File Cabinet, NS automatically assumes the file encoding to be Shift-JIS.
Therefore, even if a file with UTF-8 encoding is uploaded, the content will be garbled.
I would like to upload all text files as UTF-8, but I can't find any setting that looks like that.
Can you tell me if such a setting exists in the first place?
When I look for it in SuiteAnswers, it states that "files are uploaded as UTF-8 by default", but I have not seen this behavior.
