How to Copy Saved Reports from Sandbox to Production?

Hello Gurus!

I am trying to copy some reports from sandbox to production, but there is no "copy to" button. Is the copy to option not available for reports?

And I looked up a guide but I can't follow it - it seems a bit out of date.
