How to add a View dropdown the Item sublist on transactions

Is there any way to add a View dropdown to the Item sublist on transactions? We are currently displaying a large number of columns and would like to offer some different views with a limited number of columns displayed in each view.

If that isn't possible, how can a View drop-down be included in a custom sublist, like what is shown below?

I'm sorry if this is in Oracle documentation, but I looked for a couple of hours and couldn't find anything.
