How to save a custom Mobile - Page Element value to a custom line field?

I have added an extra field (Production Date) into our PO Receiving page and it is being populated thru GS1 barcode scanning. I can see that its value is retained in the state until the last page of the process. My problem is, the data is not being saved in the custom field of the item line. All standard inputs are saved but not this custom input field.

When doing the Item Receipt from NS Dashboard, and manually entering value to this custom field, the data is being saved. But when doing Item Receipt via the Mobile App, the data is not being saved. Do I need an extra script to save its data? With the standard NS Item Receipt, I don't have extra script to save it's data.
