How to trigger a script when Customer Deposit is applied to Sales Order

We are currently testing the use of an external pay page with SCA Orders.

When an order is processed in SCA, the button is clicked to go to the external pay page, and at that point the Sales Order is created in NetSuite (and shows 'pending payment').

We are changing the payment operation to sale (so that a sale transaction is processed by the card provider), and when the Payment Page is completed, the Customer Deposit is created in NetSuite and applied to the Sales Order.

I can't see anything showing in the System Information when the Deposit is applied, but I (may) need to trigger a script to run after the Deposit is applied to the Sales Order.
