How to Show Message when the user click button "Mark Packed" or "Mark Shipped"?
I created a workflow for the Transaction - Item Fulfillment type. I wanted when the user click on the "Mark Packed" or "Mark Shipped" button to display a message.
Unfortunately, this did not work in the test. Here is an example of my workflow.
Record Type: Transaction
Sub Type: Item Fulfillment
Release Status: Testing
Event Based
Trigger Type: Before Record Submit
Event Types: Pack, Ship
And Action:
Type: Show Message
Trigger On: Before User Submit
Has anyone implemented a similar workflow or knows what the problem is? I would be grateful for any help.
