What to do when SuiteAnswer page keeps reloading indefinitely?

Scenario: Enter SuiteAnswers. Search keywords (example: Electronic Bank Payments). Click a link in the results. The page opens and continuously reloads. The "busy" icon in the browser tab spins, the page loads then reloads indefinitely. It doesn't stop. I can press escape and it will sometimes stop then the page blanks out and I see nothing. I am using the latest update of Chrome.
