How to create a Saved Search on Employee Record in One World Instance?

edited Nov 9, 2022 10:15PM in Ask A Guru 8 comments

Greetings -

We have a One World account and have employees that have an employee record in one to many subsidiaries. The common thread is their email address on the Employee record.

We are trying to find all employees that are inactive and have certain termination codes. This needs to be true for all employee records for that one email address.

I have tried using Summary criteria where I check for a maximum value which I set using a formula text field for both the Inactive and Termination Reason (Custom) field. On the Result tab, I Group the email.

However, I am not getting consistent or accurate results.

Howdy, Stranger!
