How to Extract Values or Script Against the Message Sublist on a Support Case Record?
Hi There
Is it possible to extract values or script against the message sublist on a support case record?
in particular, I was wanting to extract the email address from the "to" field on an incoming message
Normally, support cases will be addressed to, the 'Netsuite Inbound Email Address' found on the case profile.
I was wanting to extract the email address when an incoming message is for an existing case since the 'recipient' field would a different email address (specific to the case record.)
e.g. these are the different email addresses that relate to cases in one account (NOTE: the data is from a demo account and fictitious)
