Is there a plug-in setup needed to enable daily bank feed to be automatically integrated?

Hi,

Our customer is using Bank Fees SuiteApp and managed to successfully connect it Europe Bank Account on the Connectivity Configuration.

It is expected that since connection was successful and an account was link, Daily feed of bank statement should be populated on Match Bank Data screen on daily basis. However, this is not the case. No Daily feed is being populated hence user is always clicking 'Updated Imported Bank Data' to feed the updated bank transactions.

Is there a plug-in setup that is needed to be enabled for the daily bank feed to be automatically integrated in NetSuite?
