How to Use Quantity Backordered Field as a Condition in Workflow
Hi There
I am trying to create a workflow to close a sales order line if it has a quantity backordered.
The record type for the workflow is 'sales order'.
I want the condition to evaluate whether quantity backorderd is greater than 0.
However, I cannot find the line level field id for this:
The records browser references this for a sales order.
How can I reference this field?
