How to automatically refund tax on invoice?
Hello all,
We have a situation where customer is set up as taxable - sales order and invoice reflected the correct sales tax. From the invoice, we clicked on authorize return. During the item receipt and credit memo creation, the sales tax did NOT automatically refund (I had to manually tick the boxes on the items and on the accounting tab had to manually enter as well).
Is there a setting that we did not set up properly to have the sales tax automatically refunded as well?
