How to resolve Custom Portlet not showing during setup

Hi, this is my first attempt to create and deploy a script in NetSuite. I am attempting to create a dashboard portlet that will embed PowerBI report/link in an ifame. I have the script saved and deployed but it is not showing in the setup dropdown. I have attached screenshots and the script file. I'm sure I missed something little along the way. (forgive my obnoxious color scheme - I use it to make sure I know I'm not in prod!).
