how to make a (not-Public) Saved Search appear in a List?
I have custom entry form (for a custom record) that that takes the results from a "Public" Saved Search (selected from a List within said custom entry form) = works nicely.
I would like to have a very small/select group as the audience for this Saved Search.
I cannot change any of said Saved Search's Audience (i.e. automatically making it non=Public) settings (Roles, Subsidiaries etc) without NetSuite preventing me from saving these Audience changes/updates to this Saved Search.
If I remove this Saved Search from the above custom entry form selection, then I can update (= automatically making it non-Public) & save the Saved Search's audience settings.
