How can I get the value with extracting string when it contains < > symbols?
Hello,
I am running into an issue with a saved search where I am trying to pull specific sections of string into different columns from a memo stored field. The memos value is divided by a ; value which is what I am using as the basis for separating out these strings but when the memo field contains a < value it acts like that is an ; value. Any help would be appreciated.
Example memo field data:
First section of words; Second section with < 1000 value; Third section: words; Fourth section of words
Formula's I have tried:
- SUBSTR({memo}, INSTR({memo},';',1,1)+1,(INSTR({memo},';',1,2)-INSTR({memo},';',1,1)-1))
