Why can't I see the field on SuiteFlow > Scheduled workflow to check the highest balance of a custom
I'm attempting to follow SuiteAnswers article 78228 to publish the high AR balance for a customer. The solution steps through setting up custom fields and building a workflow. All goes well until step 7, sub-step 3 where the field "Highest AR Balance" is not found in the field drop down.
Create New Action > Set Field value
- Condition:
- Field: Highest AR Balance
- Compare Type: not empty
- Parameters:
- Field: WorkflowFieldA (Workflow)
- Value:
- Record (Join Field): Current Record
- Field: Highest AR Balance
