How to upload SSH Key for SFTP Connector SuiteApp?

Hi,

I have managed to generate both Private and Public keys from PuTTYgen. Then uploaded the Private Key in Setup - Company - Key.

However I have two issues:

  1. The uploaded key cannot be selected from Certificate / SSH Key of Inbound Configuration tab of SFTP.


  1. The Public Key cannot be uploaded in NetSuite. As I get the following error.

Perhaps, I do not need to upload the Public Key in NetSuite.☹️ But I'm not sure and need confirmation.

Bank is asking me to provide Public Key, but I only have the option to upload Private Key in NetSuite. Does it mean that I need to send the Public Key as a an attachment to the bank?
