Suitesuccess bundle provision
Hi
Our account is a Netsuite Suitesuccess financial first standard cloud service.
Since the account is UK based, I am following specific documentation (bundle deployment guide) for the installation process of UK FF STD Edition.
It seems that the bundles mentioned in the doc have not been installed yet and it does not seem to be provisioned either (the bundle ID is not appearing to be installed in the search bundle installation page).
As a partner, should I submit s UTS ticket to provision the bundles in the customer account or register a support case with the NS team from the NS account support center?
