Board Metrics Center - When was this added and what's supposed to be here?

I just noticed that our CEO role is now displaying a "Board Metrics" Center.


It shows that it was installed with bundle 220017. The Board Metrics Center is empty. Do you know what is supposed to be in appearing in that Center?
