Why can't we create an Opportunity from a Lead?
Hi All,
We have a scenario which is;
Two customer records have been merged using Duplicate Resolution.
The first record has subsequently been deleted.
It would now seem we cannot progress the second record from a "Lead" to an "Opportunity". Would this be a correct assessment? Should we have inactivated the duplicate rather than deleting?
When merging, does the "main" record become the first record?
Any help is much appreciated.
