This is the allocation on the revenue arrangement. I believe the reason that revenue amount is different form sales amount is because of the negative line item, and the system is reallocating the revenue. But I have seen in other instance, that when they have line item for negative amount, line revenue amount will be still match the sales amount, instead of being zero, and therefore it will be easier to identify the line items on the rev rec journal entry. Is there a setup I need to check to make the switch? thank you!
