Can the Full Access Level restrict the user from deleting other transactions created by other users?

Hi expert,

I have given user access level to "FULL" to PO menu, right now this user is able delete all records in this PO. can we give restriction only user who creates the document only can delete, other document from other user cannot be deleted ?
