Why is my Quote Print PDF showing <tr> Error

Hello,

Our quotes use an advanced PDF/HTML template and we recently added some disclaimer language in the footer. Below is what it looks like in code and preview.

However, when we enter a quote, save it and try to view/print the pdf it generated the error below.

I tried reviewing the source code but cant identify where the matching end tag is needed.

I appreciate your help.
