where is the button to export items?

I want to upload with the import assistant, but where is the matching export function so I have all the right field names? I could do a saved search, but how would I know I have the right fields to match the import?

I want to export the current data, make a couple changes, then upload back in. I just can't remember that export-current-state function. Again, not new functionality, and not the whole procedure for import, just how to get a current-state export with the right fields/data.
