How to deploy scripts to purchase request record?

Hello,

I have a fieldChanged script deployed on purchase orders, where depending on the vendor selected, it autofills another field.

I just noticed that this does not work when creating a Purchase Request, and need it to work on both scenarios. There is no option to deploy my script against purchase requests.

Is there a way to run my script on purchase requests?
