What is the difference between lastmodifieddate and modified in Item Record SuiteScript Browser?

I want to get the last modified date of an item record from the suitescript, but when I checked Suite Browser Records, I found two similar fields.

"modified".

"lastmodifieddate".


What is the difference between these two?

I did not know which item to get in the suitescript.
