How do I access a field in my customer record that is hidden?

Somewhere in the past, someone created a field item called "Formal Salutation" and another called "Informal Salutation."

I would like to get a report of the names of the constituents and the both formal and informal salutations. I have also created "Short Salutation" and "Long Salutation."

Somehow, I am not able to choose the salutations when creating a list.

Anyone know what I'm missing?
