How to track Customer Deposit balances on Saved Search?
I am trying to follow the steps in the Suite ID 94461 https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/94461/loc/en_US
However when I generate the saved search, I do get customer results. But the Sales Order and the Deposits less Refunds columns both return ERROR: Invalid Expressons.
Criteria:
The only change I needed to make on the criteria is that the account number is different for our miscellaneous account. But as seen in the screen shot, it is still the Misc account.
Results:
Please let me know what other information is needed to assist with troubleshooting this.
