How to resolve the Error:"NetSuite cannot connect to your financial Institution" on Match Bank Data?
Hi,
When clicking on 'update match bank data' on match bank data page a user is getting this error ''NetSuite cannot connect to your financial institution. For more details, refer to the Execution Log on the Plug-In Implementation page. If needed, please contact Support''. This user is using a custom role.
However when the same role is used by other user, this error does not appear and match bank data is updated.
Since its one role both users should be able to update it without any errors ?
Any idea what is the issue here.
