How to Set Up "rounding", "rounding up", or "rounding down " on the Entity level?

Is it possible to set the "rounding", "rounding up", or "rounding down "of discounted unit prices for each item for diferent customer?

For exmple: Default setting for sales order :1355*0.33 ≒447

"rounding up" →　448
