How to partially commit on Orders?

There are times wherein businesses would not want to allocate all available inventory to an existing orders. They would like to keep/retain some of your available items for future orders, hence, partially committing the said order and reserving their items as a buffer. For instance, if they have 10 available for Item A and Sales Orders which requires 5 pieces, they would only want to commit 3 of these and retain the remaining 2 uncommitted for future sales orders (hence reserving 7 pieces available).

Reallocate items page is an automatic feature that reallocates available quantities to all non special orders. The standard behavior of the system is that when the quantity being committed to Sales Orders is less than the Quantity that is available, the Items left uncommitted will be allocated to remaining Sale Orders based on the priority set. In simpler terms, if the quantity available is greater than the quantity required,
