Why Can't I Display Full Year Budget in Comparative Income Statement?

Hi Gurus! :)

Scenario:

I have a comparative income statement. I want to add a budget column that will show the full year budget.

Question:

I go to Edit Columns>Budget>Amount and add it. However, when I run the report, it shows the year-to-date budget amount, not the full budget amount. Is there a way to show a full-year budget?
