How to Hide PO print icon until PO is approved and auto send PO pdf to supplier on final approval
1.) Is it possible to hide/inactivate the PO print icon until the PO has reached final approval?
I would like to hide this icon so that it is not possible for an employee to download or copy the PDF version of the PO. This will eliminate the possibility of the PO being sent to the supplier until the PO reaches it's final approval state.
2.) How do I setup the PO to automatically send via email a pdf of the PO to the supplier once fully approved?
Currently we rely on our purchasing agents to remember to log back into each PO once it's completed the approval process to manually send the PO to the supplier via email.
