How to Track Changes of Customization Objects

According to NetSuite's latest documentation, they document a way to audit Custom Lists, Custom Records, Custom Transactions and Custom forms, however they don't explain how to get this information:


From reviewing the Guru Knowledge base, I see that there is reference to enhancements back in 2020


Can anyone clarify the above for me? I am going to attempt the recommendation in
