How to create a Custom Payment file format?

Hi Gurus


We need help in creating a custom payment fiel format for our customer. We are not conversant with the coding required on the payment file template creation and would appreciate if any of the Gurus here can assist in writing the code for us.


We have attached the model and sample data. Would appreciate some quick help on this.
