How to resolve Error:"We are sorry but only the Business Account Owner..">Bank Feed-Bank of America?

I am trying to define connection for US Bank Feed with Bank of America

I am getting error on the Bank of America login screen after entering my userid/password: "We are sorry but only the Business Account Owner is eligible to consent to share account data with Third Party Site".

BOFA support claim this is a third-party issue.

Any idea?
