How to enable the Project (Job) Sublist Field within a Custom Transaction for CSV import?

I created a custom sales transaction record and would like to CSV import jobs (projects) into the item sublist. Unfortunately the jobs field is not mappable within the CSV import wizard. Within the custom form I created for the custom transaction, I can see the job field in the Sublist Fields tab. The show checkbox is checked. However, the checkbox has a grey background. I wasn't sure if the grey background indicates anything. If it did, I would think that the item field (also grey background) would not be mappable. However, I am
