How to Add a Link to a Custom Record in an Item Receipt Subtab?

On the Item Receipt page, I need to add a new subtab and create a link to a custom record list entry in it. I also want to add filters to the link so that it finds records by a certain Id.

Does anyone know how to implement this?

I will be grateful for your help
