We are having some issues where some items are stuck in an outbound staging bin. That is a separate issue but my main concern is even if we are completely out of stock and the only quantity is in an outbound staging bin, the waving process is trying to tell us to pick from the outbound staging bin. We don't want to pick from an outbound staging bin because it generally means it is spoken for already if it is physically there. If it isn't physically there, then we wouldn't be able to pick from it anyways.
