Emergency-NS Down: Why we can't login to Netsuite?

I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing NetSuite down, but I am not able to see issues at status.netsuite.com.

We are not able to login to our NetSuite account, our website hosted on netSuite.com is not accessible any more. It said Page Not found.

I have been on hold on the phone but can not get hold of a support.
