How to Restrict Data Entry in Custom Field Based Another Custom List Field

Hi,

We have 2 custom fields in custom record.

example: "Authentication method" is custom field. It is list type field which contains values like OAUTH2, Certificate ID etc.

We have another custom field called "certificate ID", in this we want to maintain certificate id.

Requirement: System should allow data entry in certificate id field only if user select Certificate ID value in Authentication method field
