How to handle test integrations on Subsidiaries with rollback?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:32PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hello All

we are nearing the launch of our ERP with deep integration to our bespoke job management tool. We have sandbox environments setup for both the ERP and Job Management so are able to test the integration process from a general perspective. The normal NS process is create Staging as a clone of Production, however we are not allowed to do that with our bespoke tool due to contractual agreements. We have test data that emulates live setups only.

The main issue we have is that this is a very complex integration, and our normal proposal would be to setup a test Subsidiary in the Live NS, setup the mappings to the Live Job Management system in a controlled entity and then turn on the integration for that entity only so we can test the full integration process before the actual go live event itself.
