How to import AMEX credit card to NetSuite?

Hi Team,


Was wondering if anyone can help answer the below -


A user is facing errors with AMEX card/credit card import with NetSuite because their transaction currency on the card is SGD while their Primary currency is USD.

The amount also is not taking to account the GST that they need to report in SGD

i.e. amount = $100 (inclusive of $8 for GST)

Are there any limitations known around this area or any solutions?
