How to Use a Custom Template in Sending Generated Statements
I have customized an Email Template & Advanced PDF Template to “Generate Statement”. I'm good with my Advanced PDF Template, it prints the same as expected. When I try to send an Email by Generating Statement, it sends an email using the default “Standard Transaction Email Template” (Go to Customer -> Actions -> Generate Statement -> select Form -> Actions -> Email). But, I need my Custom Email Template to be used while sending an email.
I am able to send email with the Custom Email Template while I create a new Email in the Customer (Go to Customer-> Create New -> Email-> Message Subtab -> Template -> select custom email template
